Ingredients

3 servings
  • 250 gmaida
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 1 tbspginger chilli paste
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tbspjeera
  • 1 tbspcurry leaves
  • 1 pinchsoda
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater for making batter
  • 4 tbspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In big bowl add all ingredients except soda and oil

  2. 2

    Mix keep it for 3 hrs.Mix well.Add soda and quickly fry This bhaji has to be put with the hands not with spoon.When we pour in the oil it takes the shape of Goli that why it is called Goli bhaji

  3. 3

    Fry in the oil.Serve is when it is warm
