Instant Mixed Veg Uttappam

This Uttappam recipe is instant in the sense that , no need to soak rice , dal , overnight, grind and ferment earlier.
I just made a coarse powder with the ingredients required and keep in an airtight jar , use as and when required. So it's simple ,easy and instant. With this powdered batter , dosa , vada , sweet pancake and both masala and normal idlis could be prepared instantly in less time.😊

To make instant powders, clean all dry ingredients and make a slightly coarse powder like thin semolina (sooji

Take 2 cup instant powder. Mix curd. Add required amount of water to make batter for Uttappam. Rest the batter for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, mix salt, veggies, grated ginger, sambar powder, salt and sugar.

Heat wok and grease with oil. Take ladleful Uttappam batter. Cook both the sides on medium-low heat. Serve hot with sauce/chutney.
