Steps

Take a muslin cloth add wheat flour and tight up.

Place a big vessel with water on a flame place ring and plate over it put a tied cloth over the plate and cover the vessel remove after 20-30 mins.

Open the cloth and cool down the flour then make a fine powder(dry) in a mixer.

Take a big bowl add ginger chilli paste, curd, seasame and taste accordingly add salt and bind with little normal water.

Make a one portion chakli maker and take out round chakli on a clean cotton clothes/plastic sheet easily removed it.

Heat the oil in kadai and deep fried chakli on medium flame turn out golder brown or semi golden brown.

Let it cool down and store in airtight container.
