A Bengali style easy side dish that tastes fabulous with rice.
Steps

Scrap the skin of bottle gourd. Cut them into shreds.

Dry Roast the Moong Dal.Wash the Dal thoroughly after frying.

Pour mustard oil in pan. Put the perboiled potato cubes for frying.

Add the Moong Dal. Toss them.
- 5
Add the Lauki shreds.

Add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 Tsp Cumin Powder.

Mix everything. Put 1 green chilli.
- 8
Cover with a lid and cook in medium flame. Then toss again. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder and finish cooking.
