Ingredients

1 serving
  • 50 gmspaneer
  • 200-250 gramslauki
  • as per tasteGreen chilli
  • 1 Tbsppav bhaji masala
  • 1 tspdhaniya powder
  • 1 tspchana masala/chat masala
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspcoriander/cilantro

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate lauki finely using a grater.

  2. 2

    Using a kitchen cloth, squeeze water out of lauki.

  3. 3

    Mix&mash all ingredients together.

  4. 4

    Make small balls of kebabs or small circles of tikki depending upon preference

  5. 5

    Using 1-2 tsp of ghee, cook it on non-stick tawa till crispy.

  6. 6

    (Optional) Sprinkle chat masala on top!
