Take sprouts and chopped onion in a plate.

Add ajwain and all the Masalas
Add green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves too. - 3
Mix everything well

Now pinch some dough and roll it a bit

Place the sprouts mixture and fold it like a stuffed ball

Now carefully roll it to big parantha and place it on hot tawa

Flip it and apply ghee and let it roast. Flip again and apply ghee and let it cook.

Once crispy and done from both the sides take it out in a plate and serve it hot with curd, pickle or butter.
