Firstly grated the pumpkin Take a pan on the Gas.when kadai get heated..Pour the milk in the pan. Keep the flame on high And wait till first boiled..

Now take another pan And flame on high..now add Desi ghee And add grated pumpkin. Now will get it at low flame.now cover it with lid And cook for 2 min..now add sugar..now add pumpkin in milk..now add grated coconut..

Now grease one plate with ghee in which you want keep it for some time hence it can be cut into the pieces..now garnish it with coconut,almonds,char magaz and Raisins...now Pumpkin dry fruit burfi ready to serve.
