First Knead the flour see to it tht it must nt be soft nor hard... then keep aside

COLIFLOWER stuff for paratha. Take a pan heat it and put 1/2 spoon oil in it thn add finely chopped coliflower in it and saute it on a low fflame for 2mits thn add turmeric power chilli powder amchur powder and salt for taste. mix and soate it for 3 mints more. nw your COLIFLOWER stuff is ready

Heat up the Tawa on a low flame till it is getting heated take a small portion of dough and flatten it then fill the COLIFLOWER stuffing and pack and flatten it to gv a proper round shape and place it on tawa and shallow fry in both sides..

Now the COLIFLOWER paratha is ready to serve wth curd. Enjoy!!!
