In a bowl take curd and add salt. Whisk it well. Then add the required quantity of water to get the desired thickness of the raita.

To prepare hara masala, in a blender jar add the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic and blend by adding little water.

Add this hara masala paste into the curd mixture and mix well. Finally add some sliced or chopped onions in it.
