My sister had this rice paste sitting around a corner in her freezer for long and she travelled.When I went to pick up some stuffs at her place,trust me,I returned home with it and made this delicious masa.Everyone enjoyed it.

First,I allowed the paste to thaw at room temperature over night

In the morning,I activated my yeast in warm water and added to the paste

Then keep in a warm place to rise for about 2 hours

After rising,add sugar,baking powder and salt and mixed everything together

Then allow to rise for another 15 to 20 minutes

Heat masa maker on fire,add a tbsp of oil into the holes

Then fill the holes with the batter about 3/4 or halfway and cook on both sides untill golden
- 8
Serve with miyan taushe
