In bowl add cabbage, carrot, capsicum, coriander leaves, chilli, paneer, cheese, salt and mix well.

Apply 1 tsp butter on each bread slice
Keep 2 bread slices with their buttered side downward facing and the other 2 bread slices with the buttered sides facing upwards. Spread 1 to 2 tbsp stuffing evenly over bread. Now place another bread slice with butter side facing upwards on stuffing. - 3
Grill in Pre-heat Sandwich toaster/griller for 4 minute.
Butter the top and bottom of the bread slice of each sandwich so the bread in contact with the Sandwich Toaster has some butter and turns golden and crispy. Put the sandwiches in the Toaster. Close down the lid and toast until crisp, golden and cheese is melted or till Toaster light shows green. - 4
Serve it hot. Enjoy Grilled Veggies Sandwiches with or without Tomato ketchup.
