Ingredients

1 headromaine lettuce
2firm, ripe tomatoes, cut into medium pieces
2small barley rusks
5 1/3 ozfeta cheese, cut into cubes (150 grams)
Salt
1onion
3 tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar (45 ml)
1little mustard

Steps

Wash the lettuce and tomatoes, then tear them into large pieces by hand into a bowl.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl.

Mix the balsamic vinegar with a little mustard and salt.

Drizzle with a little olive oil.
