In a large mixing bowl take maida or you can use wheat flour for a healthy option. Add sugar salt baking powder and baking soda and butter.

Add milk and make smooth flowing consistency batter.

Heat a nonstick pan and grease with butter. pour a ladleful of prepared pancake batter. do not spread.simmer and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface.

Flip over the pancakes and simmer for few minutes or until cooked through.

Now spread chocolate syrup over the pancake and keep one on another. You can add honey also and serve hot.
