Steps

Take a pan heat oil and deep fry potatoes slices and cut brinjal in a center and put all mix masala and deep fry.

Now take mixer grinder and put chopped tomatoes green chilli garlic and ginger and make a fine paste.

Now take a another pan heat oil put onion nad fried untill golden colour and put Turmeric powder and coriander powder and fry for 2 minute now add tomatoes paste and fried for 5 to 7 minutes and add salt red chilli powder gram masala mix well now put fried potatoes and brinjal and mix well. Spices veg is ready to eat.
