Ingredients

45 minutes

  • 2chicken legs
  • half spoonGinger paste
  • half spoonGarlic paste
  • 1/4 spoonChicken masala
  • 1/4 spoonRed chili
  • 1/4 spoonGreen chili paste
  • as per requirementOil
  • as per requirementTurmeric
  • as per requirementSalt
  • 1 tablespoonButter

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix ginger garlic paste, chicken masala,salt and kept it for 8 hours. First one hour kept it outside then in refrigerator. Remove it one hour before cooking.

    Add red chili masala, turmeric powder.

    Take a grill pan. Add small amount of oil and butter into it. Place the marinated chicken. Cook it in low flame for 15 minutes by covering.

  4. 4

    Turn it. Cook the opposite portion by covering a lid for 15 minutes. Now grilled chicken is ready to serve.
