  • 1 cupmaida / all-purpose flour
  • as neededwater
  • 2potatoes
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tspchat Masala
  • 1/2 tspOmam(oregano)
  • to tastesalt
  • as neededoil
  • 1 spoonbutter

  1. 1

    Knead the dough using Oman, salt and butter and roll it
