And a pan add ghee and vermicelli and fry lightly on low flame until it becomes golden brown.After frying remove it in a bowl.

In a pan add milk for boiling. When it starts boiling add fried vermicelli and sugar in it. Cook until it get thick.

In a small bowl add half cup milk and 2tbsp custard powder.

Mix it well ; no lumps should be there
Then add custard slurry in vermicelli milk. Cook it for 2-3mins. Turn off flame after 2-3 mins. - 5
Keep Vermicelli custard in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Add sabja seeds in water.

After 2 hours remove it out from refrigerator.
Take serving bowl and add 1tbsp sabja seeds above that 4 spoon Vermicelli Custard. Then fruits, Almonds and gulukand. I made two layers like this. - 8
Garnish it with Apple.
