Steps

Boil the presoaked beans until they ate well son,strain and keep aside.

In a wok,add white zeera and curry leaves,let it pop. Add onions and sauté.

Now add leftover Karahi gravy,some green chillies and 1/4 cup water and cook this masala. Using the Karahi gravy saves me from adding tomatoes.

Once the masala cooks well,adjust spices and salt. Add red beans and mix well. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon. Enjoy it as a meal,or salad or as a snack
