In a bowl add grated potato (boiled), garam masala, chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, red chili powder, salt, chat masala, chopped onions, mix this.

Take a bread slice spread the potato mixture, take another bread slice spread the mint chutney on this, now cover this potato bread with another slice of bread.

Now spread sliced tomatoes, cucumber, onions and cabbage over this bread. Add grated cheese.

Now cover this bread with one more bread.
Put this on a grill, the sandwich till browned from both sides.
It is crisp from outside and spicy, soft from inside.
Serve masala grilled sandwich hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
