Steps

Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

Add the flour and baking powder

Divide the batter in two equal size trays, 20 cm or 8 inches.

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let them cool and flip them over.

Add jam and cream on one of the layers then cover it with the other layer.

Add cream on top (optional) and decorate with berries.
