Many people love bhindi but just eating the same way makes it boring..
So try this out and I am sure people who do not like will also start loving it.
Steps

Take a pan add 03 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp jeera and let it crackle.

Add 1/8 tsp hing and add 5-6 chopped garlic cloves. Saute well.

Add 1 chopped onion and saute for 3-4 mins.

Add spices- salt to taste, 1 tsp chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi and mix well.

Add chopped bhindi and 02 tbsp water and mix it again.

Cover for 5-6 min on low flame.

Open and add 1/2 tsp amchur powder and mix it well.

And bhindi pyaz fry is ready to serve.
