Put the meat pieces in a saucepan with cardamom, onions, spices, laurel and pepper, a large amount of water and leave the saucepan over a high heat for a quarter of an hour, then lower the heat for 45 mins until the meat is soft.

In a frying pan over a medium heat, add the butter and oil, then add the onion, a pinch of pepper and spices, and stir constantly until it caramelized.

Add the boiled meat pieces and stir with the onions, then add the salt and a cup of broth, then leave it on low heat with covering the pan for 10 minutes until the ingredients overlap together.. Then it is served hot next to white rice.
