Wash your matumbo until clean

Boil your matumbo in salty water until soft

Add a little cooking oil and mix the matumbo until it becomes golden brown

Add onions, stir for another 2 minutes
- 5
Add ginger and garlic paste and stir..if it seems to be sticking add some water

You can add in your blended tomatoes and let it cook for another 5 minutes or skip this step

Serve with ugali
