Keep egg white n yolk separate. Now whisk the egg white adding salt until frothy.

Whisk the yolk until creamy n mix well.

Add butter to pan. When it melts, add the egg n cover n cook. Add more butter from sides. Again cover n cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Fluffy omelette is ready to be served.
