Turn on the gas place a kadhai heat it properly then pour oil to it.

Then add onions saute it then add ginger garlic and chilli paste to it and saute it for 2 mins in low flame. Then add all chopped vegetables saute it or cook it in Medium flame for 5 mins. Stir it continuously. So, that it will not burn.

Then add all sauces and keep cooking then add boiled Chowmein to it and add salt to it and at last add black pepper powder and Chings Schezwan Masala to it and mix it properly and cook it for 2 to 3 mins.

So, that masala will coat very well with the Chow Mein. Then off the flame and serve it hot.
