Soak both rice and dal separately for 4 hours.Grind first udad dal and than rice separately.I grinded in stone mortar.Mix it and add salt.Ferment it for 12 hours.

Next day mix it well again.

For Potato mixture make a potato bhaji normally same as that with about ingredients.

On the pan spread the dosa batter add ghee and potato bhaji cook it. Fold it.

Serve with chutney or sambhar.
