Bread Pakoda non fried pakora
Steps

Mashed potatoes and add all the spices & ginger chilli paste to make masala/stuffings.

In a bowl add besan salt to make very runny/watery batter.

Take a bread slice... apply butter and spread a thin layer of masala evenly.

Heat a tawa...then pour a very thin layer of besan batter on bread.

Apply ghee/butter on tawa...put batter side downward and cook it on low flame.

Apply butter on bread and flip it

Bread pakora is ready.. cut it and serve it with ketchup or chutney.
