1 cupMaida/all-purpose flour
1 cupSugar powder
1 cupCream
1 tspCardamon powder
1/4 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspYellow food colour
As neededOil for frying

Mix all the ingredients accept oil. Keep aside fr 2 to 3 hrs

Make a dough. With the help of roller pin make a shape as you wish. You can also make circle shape.

Add 3 tbsp oil & fry them
