Steps

Mix besan, salt,red chilli powder,green chillies,coriander leaves in a bowl.

Add water as per consistency. The mixture should not be too thick.

Heat the oil in a pan. Dip the potatoes slice in the besan one by one and fry them in medium flame and fry till golden brown. flip the pakoras in between.

Take them out from oil and keep it in a tissue paper to remove excess oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney or with a cup of tea
