For the filling, wash the beef meat once, cut into smaller pieces, add seasonings & mixed spices, add sliced onions & water, boil until it becomes soft, grind in a mortar. Wash the veggies & chop as shown, the the potatoes, chop & boil with the peas for 10mins

While boiling the potato with peas add carrot at the end & drain, add grated scotchbonnet & onion, curry, spices, vegetable oil, chopped veggies & mixed it all together, fry for 5mins.

For the dough, add up all the dry ingredients, crack the egg, whisk & pour, use cold water to make a soft dough, add the butter & knead the dough for about 5mins, allow it to rest for 15mins.

Cut the dough into smaller pieces, the filling is ready, now flatten the dough, add the fillings, mix flour with water to close the edges.

You can use meatpie cutter as shown, or use fork to press the end after apply the flour & water mixture.

Fry in oil at moderate heat & enjoy.
