Peel wash and dice the potato, cook till soft and allow it to cool

Wash your pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic then grate them

Mash the potato till smooth, add half of your grated pepper and mix add seasoning, spices and mix till well combine and set aside

Cook your fish remove the bone, mash it and add the remaining grated pepper, seasoning, spices and chop onion

Pour in pan add some veg oil and fry it for 5mnts, use your palm to roll into small small ball shape deep it in egg and fry

Spray your masha potato in ur palm put the ball fish and cover it then roll it to get a round shape ball

Coat in spicy flour and deep in egg then roll inside your crush cornflakes, deep fry till golden brown
