Ingredients

  1. 1 pintoysters
  2. 1/2 cupcooked mushrooms
  3. 11/2 cupsdiced celery
  4. 4 tablespoonsbutter
  5. 4 tablespoonsflour
  6. To tastePepper
  7. 3/4 teaspoonsalt
  8. To tastePaprika
  9. To tasteCelery salt
  10. 2 cupsmilk
  11. 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire
  12. As needed Buttered cracker crumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash oysters,drain,if large cut in half.

  2. 2

    Blend butter,milk,flour, salt,to smooth sauce.

  3. 3

    Add oysters, mushrooms,celery, place in buttered baking dish, cover with crumbs,brown at 359 fir 20 minutes.

  4. 4

    Set baking dish in pan with hot water.
