Take a pan add 2tsp of oil cumin seeds and ginger garlic green chilli paste then add boiled potatoes turmeric powder, salt, garam masala and mix them

Now make a pattice out of potato masala shallow fry on tawa

Now on non-stick pan add 2tbsp of butter lots of garlic chutney depends on how spicy you can eat add coriander leaves fry the pav

Now keep pattice between pav and onions and fry again

Fry it till it becomes slightly crisp serve hot with tomato sauce or coriander chutney or you can have it as it is.
