Cook until it starts getting separate from the pan.
- 15
Than layer it on the cooled Gajar halwa/carrot halwa... Spread evenly and gently in top. And sprinkle the fine topped nuts(optional)
- 16
Then slowly pick the ends of the cleanwrap or foil or parchment paper whatever you have used to line the baking tray. And slowly slowly make roll. Don't press too hard just slowly try making the roll.
- 17
When done place the tray in fridge again for 2 -4 hours
- 18
Take it out from fridge and remove the cleanwrap and cut it into pieces and serve
- 19
Panner you can making at home.Take a pan and add 5 cups of milk and bring it to boil. Once it starts to boil switch off the gas stove and add lemon juice or vinegar. Let the milk to curdle. Then strain it out on cheesecloth and wash 2 time with water. So all the taste of lemon or vinegar goes away.
