  • 400 gmspaneer
  • 2 tbsptikka masala
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

Steps

    Cheese should be cold and hard before cutting

  2. 2

    Cut in cubes

  3. 3

    Marinate in tikka masala

    Keep in fridge

  5. 5

    Heat a grill pan and grease with very little oil if you don't have grill pan use frying pan.

  6. 6

    When it's hot put these paneer and cook for few seconds on each side till a nice colour comes and it's ready

  7. 7

    Don't over cook it.

  8. 8

    It can be eaten as it or make a masala or gravy and put these grilled Paneer in it a the dum

  9. 9

    They can be served as starters.
