Ingredients

5 min prep + 30 min oven
3 servings
  • 150 gglutinous rice flour
  • 1egg
  • 30 golive oil (or any oil)
  • 20 gsugar
  • 1 spoonvanilla extract
  • 3 gbaking powder
  • Nuts (optional)

Steps

5 min prep + 30 min oven
  1. 1

    Mix everything except glutinous flour

  2. 2

    Sieve 150g glutinous flour (can be bought on Amazon or H mart)

    Pour into molds (or any cups that can go into oven). Sprinkle nuts on top of them

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 375 F. Bake for 35 min.

    Eat! 😀

Are you sure this recipe is correct? I ended up with something akin to Crumb topping. I had to add a quarter cup of milk To get a portable batter.
