First cut all the Veggies and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder.

Now take 4 brown bread slices and only on 2 bread slices spread some tomato sauce to it.

Now firstly add cucumber slices then onion and capsicum and at last tomato.

Now spread some ghee on tawa and roast the sandwich from both the sides.

Brown bread sandwiches are ready to serve. You can have it with milk and apple in breakfast.
