Break open 2 eggs in a bowl add chopped onion tomato capsicum green chilli coriander leaves red chilli salt pepper beat well

Heat a pan add 1 tbsp butter or oil add the egg mixture half quantity and spread in pan then keep 2 bread slice as shown in pic

Pour remaining half egg mixture cook on low flame slowly flip it keep cheese slice on on bread sprinkle pepper salt red chilli powder and some veggies

Then fold the omelette and sandwich the cheese between the bread slices toast on both sides nicely then remove
