It is a very traditional and healthy sweet. It is very easy preparation.

Heat a pan add brown sugar and water boil it till half string. sugar syrup is ready.

In a mixing bowl add rice flour, baking soda and sugar syrup mix it well. Keep this till 10 hrs. Then only sweet become soft.

After 10 hrs. Heat a pan add oil for deep fry. Take a small plate apply oil in that plate. Make small ball in that tough and press it and put a small hole in that.

Like wise make all the tough into this shape.

Put this into the oil. Deep fry it.

Now adirasam is ready to eat.
