I learned from BBC that a butcher sells chicken hearts in my neighbourhood. Very good deal. This recipe becomes regular for my family.
I like using leek green parts for topping which people sometimes throw away.

Steps

Prepare chicken hearts.

Wash leek green part well.
- 3
Cut the leek finely.

Dry the chicken hearts with kitchen paper a bit.

Sesame oil on a hot pan.

Stir the meat with pinch of salt till no red.

Add leeks when the meats aren’t red.

You will know when it’s ready.

Remaining leeks, I stock them for other dishes such as miso soup or fried rice. Very useful.
