Ingredients

  • 2 cupspre-cooked maize and beans
  • 1 pctomato
  • Spring onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Coriander
  • 4 pcspotatoes
  • Garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions till translucent

  2. 2

    Add in garlic paste and tomato

  3. 3

    Add in potatoes

    Fry till well mixed

    Add in githeri, fry for 3minutes

  6. 6

    Add water and let it simmer for 10 minutes

  7. 7

    Garnish with Coriander and remove from heat

  8. 8

    Serve
