Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/4 cupchia seeds
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 tspblue Matcha powder or ground Butterfly Pea Tea (just the flowers)
  • 1/4 tspvanilla extract

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until completely combined

  2. 2

    Add to a serving glass and chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight

  3. 3

    Top with chocolate mousse or other dessert and fresh fruit and serve!
