Mix well both the sauce then apply on one side of bread slice. Then add cucumbers, tomatoes, grated cheese, salt, chilli powder, black pepper powder, chaat masala, onions, some coriander leaves, green chillies and some more cheese and then add bread slice.

Heat a pan with some ghee and then add the sandwich and cook well both the sides and serve it.
