Ingredients

  • I cup fresh maize corned and boiled
  • 1 cupgreen fresh peas boiled
  • 2Tomatoes
  • Onions and garlic paste
  • Cumin powder
  • I tablespoon coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoonsPumpkin puree
  • Water or broth

Steps

    Fry onion then add garlic paste

  2. 2

    Cook till brown and add chopped tomatoes and pumpkin puree

  3. 3

    Add salt and cumin seeds, and coconut cream

  4. 4

    Add your boiled fresh maize and peas, let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes then serve hot.
