Make tomato puree with tomatoes, dalchini, ginger, green chilli and cashews.

Take a wok, add desi ghee, butter, heeng, jeera, chilli powder, bay leaf, tomato puree.

Cook gravy for 5 mins, add other spices except salt and amchur. Cook again for 5 mins. Now add milk and water.Bring to 4-5 boils.

Now add malai, salt and amchur powder. Add sugar, kasoori methi, and paneer. Cook for 7-10 mins. Ready to serve.
