  • 3 tbspjaggery powder
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • as neededWater

    Peel banana and mash them in a bowl

    Add flour and jaggery powder, mix properly

    Now pancake on non-stick tawa with little oil or ghee

    Flip the pancake and cook for few minutes.
