Ingredients

30 minutes
3 - 4 person
  • Leftover rice
  • 7 tbspbutter (we’re using Blue Band)
  • 8 pcs of garlic
  • 5 pcs of shallots
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 3 tbsp of salt
  • 300 g of pork (dice slice)
  • 4 eggs
  • Green leek union
  • Pepper

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice each herbs (green leek union), garlic, shallots) stir with butter in non-stick pan or wok. Cook for 5 minutes

  2. 2

    Put eggs and pork...stir for 5 minutes then put the rice. Cook for another 10 minutes, add sugar, salt, pepper and butter. Stir until cooked for 10 minutes
