Ingredients

30 mins
1-2 servings
  • 10-12water fruit
  • 1-2 cupsLiquid milk
  • 4-5 tablespoonAmul powder milk
  • 1-2 tablespoonJaggery
  • 1-2 tablespoonCardamom powder
  • 5-6 piecesAlmonds
  • 5-6 piecesRaisins
  • as neededSugar

    Very easy preparation water fruit payasam needs to wash the water fruits first and peel off their skins gently.

  2. 2

    Make a water fruit pastes by using mixer grinder and keep it aside in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Heat the pan and pour to there quantity wise liquid milk and stir it well and pour powder milk and jaggery to stir it well again.

  4. 4

    When the mixed milk will become slightly thicken, pour the water fruit pastes to there and add sugar as per your requirements and add cardamom powder for better smells.

  5. 5

    Mix the whole thing better and cover it for five to ten minutes and remove it whenever it will be looking like payasam.

  6. 6

    Garnish the payasam by arranging chopped almonds and here I have used raisins but as an optional you can add pistachio and cashews to there.
