Inspired by a vanilla cake, that i had baked and it didn't turn out very well. I had to redeem myself. First time baking a banana cake for my family.

2 cupself raising flour
1 cupvegetable cooking oil
3/4 cupsugar
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tspcinammon
3very ripe spotted bananas
1/2 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
2eggs
1 tspvanilla essence

Wash the bananas, peel them and then blend

Transfer the blended bananas to a bowl, add eggs, sugar, vegetable oil and then mix the ingredients

Sieve all the dry ingredients(flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt n cinnamon). Transfer to the the wet bowl and mix thoroughly

Preheat oven at 180°c for 10minutes

I used a sufuria, timed the oven for 50minutes at 180°c
