  • Processed tofu
  • Veg oil
  • Onions, scotch bonnet and tomatoes (fresh)
  • Seasonings and dried chilli

  1. 1

    Put your seasonings in a bowl, pour 1 cup of water on it. Pour your already cutted tofu, leave for 5 mins, then use strainer to drain the water..

  2. 2

    Heat your oil on the pan, then fry your tofu... Add dried ground pepper and diced onions, scotch bonnet and tomatoes..

  3. 3

    Enjoy
